Pelabroc House

Pelabroc House, located on the heights of Gargnano, occupies a privileged position with a fantastic 180 ° view of Lake Garda.

The residence is the result of a careful renovation of an old "tollhouse ", typical rural architecture of the past, which has retained its typical character and kept its charm unaltered, thanks to the restoration and reuse of the original materials.

The strategic position, which places the residence on the first hills above Gargnano, allows a unique and unforgettable view of the lake, from the southern shores of the lake to the highest peaks of the mountains that rise in the Veneto region.

Private park with olive trees

Immersed in a beautiful Italian natural garden where the olive trees are predominant, an enclosed and protected park is completed with numerous fruit trees and other Mediterranean plants such as oleander, lavender, rosemary and Bougainville.

Quiet environment

The residence is located in the middle of a wonderful park of 11,000 square meters, located on the edge of the country and is immersed in total silence, to spend their holidays away from the crowds and places in complete relaxation and tranquility

Giolio extra virgin olive oil production

Inside the park of Pelabroc House a vast plantation of native quality olive trees, which extends for 11,000 square meters with about 150 olive trees, produces every year olives of the best quality, from which we get, thanks to the partnership with a renowned local mill, an excellent extra virgin olive oil, which can be purchased.

During the months of olive harvest (October-November), guests of Pelabroc House can observe but also actively participate in the olive harvest.
